MEDIUM FOV CONE BEAM
The medium fields of view, such as 8x8 cm, 10x10 cm and other configurations, are ideal when the entire dentition, mandible, and maxilla must be captured in a single volume for diagnoses, treatment planning, and case presentation. Select smaller FOV sizes when single views of the mandible or maxilla are sufficient, reducing dose up to 40 percent. Choose the larger 20x10 cm field of view for sinus, dual jaw, and temporal bone dental radiography. (NOTE: subject to availability) -

Planmeca ProMax 3D Plus panoramic and cone beam system delivers advanced panoramic technology, including an adjustable focal trough for anatomically correct images, enhanced imaging geometry that eliminates redundant shadows and ghost images, Automatic Cervical Vertebrae (ACV) to minimize the shadow of the cervical vertebrae, and optional Automatic Exposure Control (AEC) to measure the patient's radiation transparency and automatically correct exposure values in each dental radiograph. -
